Abstract

Asynchronous motor is widely spread electrical equipment. Most often it is used for its simplicity, little maintenance demands, quite good operational reliability and for low purchase price in comparison to other motors. To its expansion is certainly contributing generally used distribution of electricity with alternating three-phase system. To basic disadvatages of asynchronous motors belong demand of reactive energy from supply network and big impulse of current at the moment of operating. The operationg of asynchronous motor is transition action, during which the motor stall come from resting state to working revolutions. During operating we try with various manners to reach the smallest possible starting current and, on the contrary, the biggest possible break torque.
