Abstract
Company KlassaPlus, Co. is planning an expansion to the Russian market of furniture. The thesis focuses on strategic analysis of the external environment of company.
The aim of this work is to give relevant information for analysis and to draw attention to possible threats of market or to point out market opportunities.
Theoretical knowledge is in the first part of the thesis from which are selected and applied appropriate methods for the analysis. The output of my thesis is SWOT analysis, which is the basis for final recommendations. The tenet and the conclusion are given in the last part of the thesis.
The work will be beneficial to other strategic decisions of the company.
