Analýza skladovania a riadenia zásob

Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce je analýza súčasného stavu riadenia zásob v podniku s cieľom redukovať skladové zásoby a zamerať sa na významné a problémové položky zásob, pre ktoré bude navrhnutý systém riadenia. Teoretická časť popisuje poznatky z oblasti logistiky, základné údaje o zásobách, objasnené analýzy zásob a systémy riadenia zásob. Praktická časť je zameraná na stručnú charakteristiku podniku spolu s popisom súčasného stavu v podniku, kde sú zachytené najdôležitejšie ekonomické ukazovatele. Diplomová práca na základe výsledkov analýz, obsahuje navrhnutý a doporučený systém riadenia významných a problémových položiek.

The goal of the master thesis is to analyze the current state of inventory management in the enterprise in order to reduce inventory and focus on the important item and problem item for which is the proposed management system. The theoretical part describes the knowledge of logistics, basic inventory data, clarified the analysis of stocks and inventory management systems. The practical part is focused on brief description of the company together with a description of the current situation in the company, where they captured the most important economic indicators. The master thesis based on the results of analyzes of stocks, contains proposed and recommended system management major items and problematic items.
