Vytvoření podnikatelského plánu založení počítačové herny pro pořádání turnajů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření podnikatelského plánu k založení fiktivního podniku. Tento podnikatelský plán bude použit v první řadě jako základ pro získání bankovního úvěru od bankovní instituce. Dalším důvodem je také pro stanovení, zda tento projekt bude životaschopný, tedy jestli bude finančně stabilní. V teoretické části budou popsány různé pojmy, zaměříme se na různé jednotlivé autory a jejich knihy a dále na popsání jednotlivých metod a analýz. V rámci praktické části bakalářské práce je zpracován podnikatelský plán na založení počítačové herny k pořádání turnajů a to pod názvem SnoopyGame Center. Tato praktická část vychází z použití různých údajů, metod a analýz, které jsou popsány v teoretické části bakalářské práce.

Bachelor thesis is focused on creating a business plan for the establishment of a fictitious company. This business plan will used primarily as the basis for obtaining a bank loan from a banking institution. Another reason is also to determine whether the project will be viable, ie, it will be financially stable. The theoretical part we describe various concepts, we will focus on a different individual authors and their books and to describe particular methods and analyzes. In the practical part of the bachelor thesis is to create business plan for the establishment of computer gaming for organizing tournaments under the name SnoopyGame Center. This practical part is based on the use of different data, methods and analyzes that are described in the theoretical part of the thesis.
