Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on influence of thermomechanical parameters, especially strain value and cooling rate, of austenite transformation of P620Q steel. Theoretical part include characteristics of austenite transformation products, transformation diagrams with aim on ways of their influencing and methods of construction. Experimental part describes used experimental devices including processes of experiments and summarize all results from this experiments. I case of this diploma thesis were done dilatometric experiments, metallography analysis, measurement of hardness and finally simulation in QTSteel 3.2 software.
