Územně správní působnost Policie České republiky

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je „ Územně správní působnost Policie České republiky.“ Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitolu tvoří úvod. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na státní správu na úseku ochrany a bezpečnosti. Třetí kapitola popisuje vývoj a historii policejních složek v šesti základních etapách. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na popsání vývoje a změn Policie České republiky. V páté kapitole je provedeno shrnutí práce. Cílem práce je charakterizovat a zhodnotit naplnění cílů policejní reformy v oblasti změn územně správní působnosti Policie České republiky za období let 1990-2010 (k 1.1.2010). Cíle bude dosaženo metodou komparace územního členění státu a systému územní působnosti Policie České republiky.

Subject of this thesis is the "administrative Territorial Competency of the Police of the Czech Republic." The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction. The second chapter focuses on the administration section of the safety and security. The third chapter describes the development and history of the police forces in six basic stages. The fourth chapter focuses on describing the development and changes of the Police of the Czech Republic. The fifth chapter is a summary of work done. The goal is to characterize and evaluate the objectives of police reform in the field of territorial and administrative changes in the scope of the Police of the Czech Republic for the period 1990-2010 (as of 1 January 2010). The objectives will be achieved by using a comparison of territorial division of the state system and territorial scope of the Police of the Czech Republic.
