The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a detached family house on plot No. 3925/6, cadastral area Horní Těrlicko, according to the valid Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on documentation of buildings.

The basis for the elaboration of the bachelor thesis is the architectural study from subject Atelier Design I - academic year 2021/2022, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Daniel Vaněk, Ph.D. This study was developed and revised in more detail in the course Studio Design V - academic year 2023/2024, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Jiří Hořínek, and also in a collaboration with the consultant of civil engineering Ing. Jiří Teslík, Ph D.

The bachelor thesis contains the design documentation of the building and a text part with accompanying, summary and technical report related to the object and plots of land. The annexes contain drawings of the object and architectural design.
