Abstract

The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is employees‘ education and development as a part of an organization’s process. Main aim of this work is to analyze education and development system in an international company. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, which is based on literature is described the cycle of education and development; types of education and its usage in practice. Following is more detailed description of individual parts of education and development process. Practical part is aimed at organization’s description and structure of education in CTS Czech Republic, s.r.o., where analysis was of education’s system was executed. Next I designed three questionnaires, to measure satisfaction with the education’s system, measurement of value added based on courses and measurement with method 360 degree feedback. Results from two of the questionnaires were interpreted. Summary of this work contains recommendations for improvement of current education system.
