dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce bude zahrnovat urbanistické a dispoziční řešení objektu domu s pečovatelskou službou, včetně jeho bezprostředního okolí.. Za tímto účelem bude proveden rozbor problematiky současného stavu území na základě shromážděných podkladů a poznatků, včetně záměru obecního úřadu. Dokumentace je zpracována v rozsahu dvou variant objemové studie studie. Součástí práce je orientační propočet nákladů, textová dokumentace a příslušné výkresycs
dc.description.abstractGraduation‘s work will involve urban design and lay-out design of the housing for seniors including modification of the vicinity. Problem analysis of contemporary status of the location, based on the gathered data will be elaborated, the programme of the of municipal office included. Documentation is elaborated in the range of two alternate of basic design. Indicative calculation, overall report and drawing documentation are the components of the Graduation´s work.en
