Abstract

This thesis deals with the analysis of the legume products market. The aim of the thesis was to gather information about the legume products, which are already available on the czech market, to analyse the competitors and the opinions of consumers on the consumption and selection of legume products and to provide these information to SEMIX PLUSO Company Ltd. The method of observation was used to gather data about the competitors and the legume products. To find out the opinions of consumers the method of questioning was used. The suggestions and recommendations resulting from the analysis were designed to help the company SEMIX PLUSO Ltd. in the production of a new legume product.
