Možnosti ohrožení osob a majetku sportovními létajícími zařízeními v případě letecké nehody

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá určením možného destrukčního potenciálu vybraných typů sportovních létajících zařízení. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. V první kapitole je uveden právní výklad terminologie ve vztahu ke sportovním létajícím zařízením. Ve druhé kapitole jsou vyhodnoceny statistiky leteckých nehod těchto sportovních létajících zařízení v letech 2008–2017 a je zde provedena také analýza jejich příčin. Třetí kapitola obsahuje výčet a základní technický popis deseti nejvíce zastoupených ultralehkých letounů registrovaných na území České republiky. Ve čtvrté a páté kapitole jsou uvedeny výpočty a výsledky možných destrukčních potenciálů těchto letounů při letecké nehodě. Závěrem jsou shrnuty návrhy opatření vedoucí ke snížení rizika ohrožení osob a majetku při leteckých nehodách.

This bachelor thesis deals with the destructive potential of the selected types of the light-sport aircrafts. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part describes legislative terminology connected with given matters. The second part evaluates statistics of air accidents, which took place between the years of 2008 and 2017 and contains an analysis of their causes. The third part includes the list and the basic technical parameters of the 10 most represented ultra-light airplanes registered in the Czech Republic and their basic technical parameters. In the fourth and fifth parts are presented the results of the measures about the destruction potential of these airplanes during air accidents. In the conclusion of the thesis are introduced the proposals according to the reduction of the risk of personal and property threat in air accidents.
