Návrh technologického postupu zápustkového kování výkovku lůžka - Baskule

Abstract

This Bacelor thesis discourse on proposal technology of manufacturing shaped parts in socket of a weapon - Baskule using drop forging. Aim of the thesis is to proposed suitable technological sequence of a forging, proposed suitable design of a forging equipment and shape of cavity in forging die. Proposed technology of a forming process is proved with numerical analyses of forging. Achived results are verified based on real executed forging test.
