Plán postupu fyzické ostrahy zajištění bezpečnosti folklórního festivalu

Abstract

Predmetom diplomovej práce je návrh postupu súkromnej bezpečnostnej služby k zaisteniu bezpečnosti folklórneho festivalu Východná. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá teóriou a obsahovými náležitosťami bezpečnostného projektu ochrany objektu. V ďalšej kapitole je rozoberaná história súkromných bezpečnostných služieb v Slovenskej republike a právne náležitosti ich činnosti. Druhá polovica práce sa zaoberá samotným popisom areálu, v ktorom sa plánovaná akcia uskutoční a aktuálnym stavom fyzickej ochrany. Následne sú pomocou techník posudzovania rizík identifikované a analyzované riziká, ktoré môžu nastať na plánovanej kultúrnej akcií. Záverečná kapitola obsahuje pokyny pre účastníkov akcie a ošetrenie najzávažnejších rizík.

The subject of the submitted diploma thesis is suggestion process of private security service to ensure safety Folklore Festival Východná. The first chapter deals with the theory and content of the security project protection object. In the next chapter is discussed history of private security services in the Slovak republic and the legal requirements of their activities. The other half of the work deals alone with the actual description of the area in which the planned action takes place and the current state of physical protection. Subsequently, they are using techniques of risk assessment identified and analyzed the risks that may occur on the planned cultural events. The final chapter provides instructions for event participants and treatment of major risks.
