Sociální bydlení v Hlučíně

Abstract

The subject of my thesis is a social housing design in Hlučín for socially handicapped people and development of architectural and engineering documentation in the range of a partial project documentation for construction. This work is based on a requisition of Municipal Authority Hlučín and subsequent school project on the subject within the scope of Studio Work I.

Construction of the proposed building is in addition limited by social housing construction rules. It is all about keeping financial costs under the limit and reduce the size of dwellings to a minimum while maintaining the stipulated standards. The main aim of my work is to propose a maximum-efficient, yet distinct solution that enables residents decent housing.
