dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou managementu svazu lyžařů České republiky. Teoretická část práce obsahuje pojmy, které se vztahují k problematice managementu ve sportu a sportovního prostředí v ČR. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku a management svazu lyžařů České republiky, dále na činnost odborného sportovního úseku alpských disciplín a financování svazu. Praktická část také obsahuje rozhovor s předsedou odborného sportovního úseku alpských disciplín, SWOT analýzu svazu a následné hodnocení hospodaření svazu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis deals with the Management Analysis of the Czech Ski Association. The theoretical part of the thesis contains concepts that relate to the issue of management in sport and sports environment in Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the characteristics and management of the Czech Ski Association, as well as on the activities of the professional sports section of alpine disciplines and the financing of the Association. The practical part also includes interview, SWOT Analysis of the Association and subsequent evaluation of Association’s Management.en
