Abstract

The thesis "Employee Education and its Evalution in the BD SENSORS Company“ analyses education and its evaluation in a specific company. The main object of this thesis is to determine the current education system, and how it works. The thesis defines the theoretical basis and then analyses selected organizations of education. After this analyze there are some recommendations for improvement in the organizations.
