Abstract

The topic of this bachelor’s Thesis is a business plan for the Sole Proprietor. The work is divided into four chapters. In the introduction there will be defined aims and listed impulses of its origin. The second chapter of the thesis processes theoretical aspects of making of a business plan. Defines the basic concepts of business, businessman, company. It also describes the methods used such as PESTLE analysis, SWOT analysis, breakeven point, return on capital employed and describes the way how to build a business plan. The practical part is devoted to writing a business plan for the sole proprietor - Café named Kavárna u Aničky. First, it analyzes the business environment from which is build a proposal of the a business plan. The final part summarizes the Thesis and evaluates the business plan.
