Vliv stabilizace beta fáze vodíkem na tvařitelnost Ti slitin

Abstract

This master’s thesis investigates the influence of hydrogen as a temporary alloying element on beta-phase stabilization and the technological formability of advanced Ti-Zr-Nb-Sn titanium alloys. The theoretical section summarizes knowledge regarding the crystallographic structures of titanium, the mechanisms of beta-stabilizers, and the principles of thermo-hydrogen processing for optimizing microstructure and material properties. The experimental part focuses on the alloy's behaviour under high-temperature loading using deformation tests on a Gleeble 3800-GTC plastometer. Structural changes and the presence of phase precipitates are evaluated through metallographic analysis, optical microscopy, and microhardness measurements. The objective of this work is to elucidate the relationship between processing parameters, the resulting microstructure, and mechanical properties in connection with hydrogen heat treatment.
