The thesis analyzes the logistics of warehousing in Remak, a.s. It also offers a concrete proposal for optimization of store inventory. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on logistics as a tool of company management. Information for this thesis was taken from professional literature. The third part of this thesis introduces company Remak, a.s. Finally the fourth part is focused on analysis and proposal of solution depositing the inventory.
