Abstract

This bachelor's thesis was focused on the competitive analysis of company on the furniture market. The aim of this thesis was to analyze competition on the furniture market of a company Nejči nábytek Ltd. and their largest competitors in Opava. Analysis of competition was divided into questioning and observation. Questioning dealt with respondents' satisfaction with Nejči nábytek with regard to competition, the observation was carried out in competing stores and evaluate the predefined criteria. The main finding of this study was that the company Nejči nábytek does not have much competition over competing stores with a wide assortment of furniture, but worse off in comparison with kitchen studios.
