Abstract
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the assessment of the education and development system in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to assess the current education and development system within the chosen company. That includes determining whether employees are satisfied with the system, identifying any shortcomings or areas in need of improvement, and formulating specific proposals and recommendations for optimizing the education and training system based on these findings. In the practical part of the thesis, the method of inquiry is applied, specifically through a survey and a semi-structured interview. Additionally, the methods of analysis, synthesis, deduction, and induction are used. Based on the obtained data, the conclusion of the thesis presents suggestions for improving the education and training system.
