Portál pro zdravotní pojišťovny

Abstract

In this thesis, I will describe a new service provided by insurance companies to their clients. This service is part of Portal of Health Insurance Companies (Portál zdravotních pojišťoven), which is an internet application similar to electronic banking allowing its users to handle their agenda comfortably, easily, quickly and safely. Due the high amount of services, which are included in Portal, I will attempt to analyze the possibilities and the usage of one of them - the administration of personnel and technical equipment, including the administration of services of health care providers, which is called Attachment 2 (Příloha 2). Furthermore, in the practical part of this thesis, I will try the process of ratification of Attachment 2 myself and I will give my comments and suggestions about it.
