Zhodnocení hospodaření s majetkem vybraných obcí České republiky s využitím dotací

Abstract

Master’s thesis is focused on the community property financial management of municipalities. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the property management of selected municipalities in the Czech Republic with the usage of subsidies in years 2010 – 2016 based on the analysis of this property management, which is on the one hand focused on the comparison of municipality budgets from the point of revenues and expenditures in particular years, and on the other hand focused on the comparison of a property progress in the Czech Republic municipalities compared to a property progress in selected municipalities affected by usage of subsidies. All the results are recalculated on one inhabitant of given municipality. The thesis is devided into five chapters, first of which is an introduction. Second chapter called Regional self-governing unit as an economically-executive subject describes the theoretical basis of municipality matter. Further, in the third chapter there is an analysis of property management of selected municipalities and in the fourth chapter, there is a comparison and evaluation of the data from the analysis. The last chapter is a conclusion, sumarizing the achieved results.
