Filip Slivka, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the development of project documentation for construction implementation in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, in its full wording, version 5 [1]. The design of the family house with a functional garage is based on a previously prepared architectural study and the construction permit drawing documentation created in the course Studio Work 5. The source materials for the final architectural study were developed within the Studio Work 1 course. The designed building is located in the village of Skalice near Frýdek-Místek on plots No.: 26, 24/3, and 1518. The work is divided into textual and drawing documentation. The textual documentation includes the study, the accompanying report, and the technical report related to the building. The project documentation covers the designed building including the engineering networks. The appendices contain the drawing section with complete construction implementation documentation, detailed drawings, and an architectural detail of the single-flight staircase located inside the family house.
