Ochrana povrchových vod v oblasti povodí řeky Moravy

Abstract

V této diplomové práci je zpracována problematika ochrany povrchových vod v oblasti povodí Moravy a je zde popsán a vyhodnocen projekt Čistá řeka Bečva. Práce je členěna na tři části. V první části je vymezen legislativní rámec ochrany vodních zdrojů jak Evropské unie, tak České republiky. Druhá část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení stavu povrchových vod v oblasti povodí Moravy. V poslední části práce je rozebrán samotný projekt Čistá řeka Bečva. Cílem diplomové práce je posoudit stav povrchových vod v oblasti povodí Moravy a zhodnotit průběh realizace a přínosy projektu Čistá řeka Bečva jako nástroje ochrany povrchových vod jak v oblasti povodí Bečvy, tak v oblasti povodí Moravy.

This thesis analyses the problem of protection of surface water in the Morava River basin and it describes and evaluates project Clean River Bečva. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part defines the legislative framework for the protection of water resources both the European Union and the Czech Republic. The second part focuses on the evaluation of the status of surface water in the Morava River basin. The last part analyses the Project Clean River Bečva. The aim of the thesis is to assess the status of surface water in the Morava River basin and evaluate the process of implementation and benefits of the project Clean River Bečva as a tool to protect surface water both in the Bečva River basin, and in the Morava River basin.
