Abstract

Annealing furnace wagon furnace with controlled heating is intended for the thermal treatment of annealed material. The aim of this work is to replace its existing, unsatisfactory control system of the new system based on programmable logic controller. As the existing facility, which was connected to the original control system must be retained, it is necessary to specify all the requirements and then make appropriate adjustments. These modifications concern mainly the measurement of temperature in the furnace, annealing mode input technology programs, regulation of temperature in the furnace burners and cyclic control. It will also be a functional analysis and identification of the controlled system. As part of the solution will be implemented design, implementation and verification of the control application.
