Abstract
The thesis deals with employee turnover in a selected organization. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there are defined basic terms relating to employee turnover and commonly used employee turnover metrics. In the practical part of the thesis, there is introduced the selected organization and there are used two methods for evaluating employee turnover – annual turnover rate and employee stability index. Subsequently there is an analysis of answers of employees based on survey and there are proposed actions that could lead to reduction of employee turnover rate.
