Návrh marketingové komunikace firmy pro získávání absolventů škol

Abstract

The topic of dissertation is personál marketing in the field of recruitment graduates at ABB Ltd. This dissertation deals with possibilities how to make more efffective marketing communication between company and students and how to support increasing number of new applicants for work in this company. Its describing company characteristics and its competition, analysing Czech labor market in IT working field and evaluating actual marketing activities. Finally, on the base of perfomed analysis, there are formulated suggestions and recommendations for company which could be used to increase number of potential applicants for work. Suggestions and recommendations are composed with regard to financial and personnel potentials of company ABB.
