Abstract
The aim of my diploma thesis Management of a learning organization was to analyze if Česká pošta, s. p. applies best practice processes and principles of a learning organization and if they receive relevant managment suppport. Based on the findings I have developed practical set of steps to be taken in order to improv current status.
