Abstract

The objective of this thesis, named „Financial assessment of two different variants of masonry systems“ is creation of the project, which include the building schedule, construction budget, technical report, construction plans and technological prescription. It is a technological prescription for process of masonry and ceiling construction. Residental building is designed in construction systém HELUZ, as a four-storey detached object with the flat roof, which is full cellared. First part is dedicated to the technical report and technological process, second include the itemised construction budget of the building and building schedule. Conclusion determines the financial comparsion of the alternative masonry sytem YTONG.
