Analýza vybraných zajištěných fondů v České republice

Abstract

The aim of this work is to analyze selected secured funds of ČSOB Investment company a.s. during the past ten years. The theoretical part is focused on collective investment. There are describes terms as investment, collective investment and bodies of collective investment. The last part of the theoretical chapter is devoted to the characteristics of secured funds. The structure of funds of ČSOB Investment company a.s. is described in the second parts. The various types of secured funds are characterized in detail. In the practical part secured funds of ČSOB which were selected are divided into six groups according to the structure and content of the portfolio basket. Comparison explains which is the most profitable construction of secured funds even under extreme market conditions that occurred due to the global financial crisis. Advices for investor how to proceed when choosing secured fund are summarized from the result of the comparison of secured funds.
