Abstract

The aim of this thesis is processing of a business plan for establishing of a business group. This group will be cooperating with the insurance company, which named is Kooperativa. The theoretical part contains general information, the structure and the procedure of processing the business plan. The practical part focuses on the specific foundation of the business group. Attention is also devoted to personal activities such as recruiting staff, rewarding, motivation, etc. Then everything is evaluated from the financial side.
