Analýza vlivu motivace na zaměstnance ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Motivace všeho druhu je v posledních letech velmi diskutovaným tématem. Tato bakalářská práce se proto zabývá analýzou motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. Teoretická část je věnována obecně platným definicím pojmů motivace a stimulace a ukotvením těchto pojmů v ekonomii, dále pak teoriím motivace a jednotlivým motivačním systémům v pracovním prostředí. Závěr teoretické části je věnován popisu vybrané organizace XY, firemní kultury a systému vzdělávání a hodnocení jejich zaměstnanců. Praktická část prostřednictvím metody dotazníkového šetření analyzuje současný stav motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti a reaguje tak na cíle této práce. Cílem práce tedy je analyzovat současnou úroveň motivace, zodpovědět výzkumné otázky a navrhnout způsoby, jak motivaci zaměstnanců dále rozvíjet a tím zlepšit jejich pracovní výkon.

Motivation of all kinds has been a much discussed topic in recent years. This bachelor thesis therefore deals with the analysis of employee motivation in a selected organization. The theoretical part is devoted to the generally valid definitions of the concepts of motivation and stimulation and the anchoring of these concepts in economics, as well as theories of motivation and individual motivational systems in the work environment. The theoretical part concludes with a description of the selected organization XY, its corporate culture and the system of training and evaluation of its employees. The practical part analyses the current state of employee motivation in the selected company by means of a questionnaire survey method and thus responds to the objectives of this thesis. Thus, the aim of the thesis is to analyze the current level of motivation, answer the research questions and suggest ways to further develop employee motivation and thus improve their work performance.
