Abstract

The thesis deals with the measurement of customer satisfaction with the services of the Wellness Centre. The main aim of the thesis is to find out if the customers are satisfied or dissatisfied with the services and to suggest the steps leading to the improvement of quality of the services provided by the Wellness Centre. The Marketing research was conducted through a written interview. Respondents were selected using non-representative selection - appropriate technology opportunity. The thesis is logically divided into two parts. The first part of the thesis is focused on the company description and the theoretical overview. The second, practical part deals with the analysis of research results and their graphic representation. The conclusion contains both the summary of the facts established by the analysis and the proposals and recommendations for a management of the company. The results of analysis can be used for increasing of customer satisfaction and enhancing quality of services offered by the Wellness Centre.
