Geometrický plán pro vyznačení budovy v k.ú. Frenštát pod Radhoštěm

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vyhotovit Geometrický plán pro vyznačení budovy v katastrálním území Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá vývojem katastru nemovitostí v českých zemích, popisu a náležitostí geometrického plánu a záznamu podrobného měření změn. Praktická část popisuje vlastní měření, přípravné práce, postup při měření a následné zpracování dat v softwaru. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je geometrický plán pro vyznačení budovy.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis was to create a geometric plan for marking a building in the cadastral area of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm. The work is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the development of the land registry in the Czech lands, describing the requirements for a geometric plan, and explaining the process of recording detailed measurements of changes in the cadastral system. The practical part covers the actual measurement, preparation for fieldwork, the measurement process, and the subsequent data processing using geodetic software. The result of this bachelor’s thesis is a specific geometric plan for marking the building, which meets all the technical and legal requirements in the given cadastral area. This plan will serve as the official document for registration in the land registry and will be a basis for further administrative and construction-related processes.
