Posouzení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on evaluation of employee training and development system in a selected company. The objective of this thesis is to analyze and review existing employee training and development system in Statutarni mesto Ostrava, Urad mestskeho obvodu Ostrava-Jih, and to find possible solution and recommendation for improvement of the current state. For collecting data there has been used document analysis method, interview and survey. The conclusion of this work is dedicated to developed proposals and recommendation, which should be implemented.
