Abstract

This thesis called Processing of the Business Plan for fulfillment company with robotics support in the warehouse is described on theoretical and practical level. Practical part is the actual plan based on realities and it is possible to establish a company that can be providing fulfillment service with the full support of robotization and automation. That is possible due to logistics robots, robots managing software, picking stations with laser points and many more modern technologies. Due to all of this is possible to save costs for the warehouse, power and most of all labor costs. This means the company is able to offer better prices to their customers in comparison with the competition. The whole Plan is supported by analysis’ and financial statements that all conclude that this business oppoturnity has a chance to succeed.
