Pyrotechnická iniciace prachovzdušných směsí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem různých alternativních typů pyrotechnických iniciátorů prachovzdušných směsí a ověřením jejich stanovených parametrů. Připravené i běžně užívané iniciátory byly snímány vysokorychlostní kamerou a porovnávány mezi sebou. Na základě zjištěných poznatků z nahraných záznamů, byly průběžne alternativní iniciační zdroje vylepšovány. Poté bylo provedeno měření s užitím alternativních typů pyrotechnických iniciátorů, při kterém bylo zjišťováno ovlivnění výbuchových parametrů u optimálních koncentrací zvolených prachových vzorků.

This graduation thesis deals with the design of various alternative types of pyrotechnic initiators of dust-air mixtures and the verification of their defined parameters. Prepared and commonly used initiators were taken with a high-speed camera and compared with each other. Alternative resources were continuously improved, based on the findings of the recorded images. Then, the measurement with use of alternative types of pyrotechnic initiators was performed, whereat influences of the explosion parametrs by optimal concentrations of dust samples were determined.
