Padělání peněz ve standardní a institucionální podobě

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with money forgery. The aim of the thesis is to compare a standard forgery with so called institutional one. This thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter involves the introduction of this topic. The basic terms as money forgery and money counterfeit in the Czech Republic considering the last three years period are explained. In the second chapter, concrete cases of standard and institutional money forgery are mentioned, occurred in the past. In the third chapter, there are consequences of this criminal acting compared. Those consequences are divided into legal ones and are explained based on legal regulations and economic ones. Thank to those, the main difference between the standard and institutional money forgery can be seen. The consequences of institutional forgery are far bigger.
