Abstract

The demands of customers have raised several folds through the time in dependence not only on their growing needs. The right attitude towards the customer is more and more important aspect for the sales success. The author of this thesis foreshadows important findings concerning of human typology and psychology of the sales. This information is then applied on the sales sector with the aim to extract the most important information for the sellers. The mobile phones, which records an enormous boom both in technical and social world, were chosen as an example product for the practical part. The mobile phone is part of personality for many of us. The video clip, made by the enclosed script, illustrates a model sales situation and helps the sellers imagine situations they can experience in their everyday work.
