Abstract
The diploma thesis deals with the solution of bankruptcy in insolvency proceedings and its perception in legal terms according to insolvency law. Further,the diploma thesis deals with one of the methods of solving bankruptcy by debt relief, which is also analyzed on particular debtors. The specific cases are aimed at debt relief by filling in the repayment schedule and debt relief through the monetization of the property.
