Ochrana života a zdraví spotřebitele v právu EU

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Ochrana života a zdraví spotřebitele v právu EU“ je analýza přístupu k ochraně spotřebitele v Evropské unii, zvláště k ochraně spotřebitelova života a zdraví. Cílem první části práce je představit základní právní normy, které upravují tuto problematiku, systém institucí zabývající se ochranou spotřebitele a spotřebitelských organizací. V druhé části se práce zaměřuje na ochranu spotřebitelova života a zdraví. Jsou zde rozebrány směrnice 85/374/EHS o odpovědnosti za výrobek a 2001/95/ES o všeobecné bezpečnosti výrobku a další důležité právní dokumenty. V poslední části objasňuje implementaci jednotlivých právních dokumentů do české legislativy.

The subject of bachelor´s thesis „Protection of life and health of consumers in EU law“ is the analysis of the consumer protection policy, especially protection of consumer´s health and life. The objective of the first part in this work is to present the main rules of law governing this policy, the system of institution dealing with protection of consumers and consumer´s organizations. In the second part, the thesis focuses on protection of consumer’s health and life. There are discussed directives 85/374/EHS on liability for the product and 2001/95/ES on general product safety and other important legal documents. In the last part, the thesis explains implementation of legal document into the Czech legislation.
