Nástroj pro tvorbu FMEA analýzy

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou správy rizik v rámci různých fází při vývoji a výrobě nových produktů. Konkrétně práce cílí na metodu FMEA zaměřenou na odhalení a mitigaci rizik v rámci návrhu produktu a následného výrobního procesu. Tato metoda se narozdíl od jiných provádí před samotnou výrobou produktu ve snaze předcházet možným rizikům. V rámci této diplomové práce také vznikl nástroj, který umožňuje vypracování metody FMEA. Hlavním rysem nástroje je možnost souběžné práce týmu provádějící analýzu a přehledný grafický a textový režim sloužící pro náhled i tvorbu v rámci jednotlivých kroků analýzy. Dále nástroj nabízí další podpůrné funkce jako je nastavení vlastních kritérií hodnotících atributů, kontrola úplnosti analýzy, tvorba zápisů ze setkání, import a export analýzy.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management within the various phases of the development and production of new products. Specifically, the thesis aims at the FMEA method targeted at detecting and mitigating risks within the product design and subsequent production process. This method, unlike the others, is performed before the actual production of the product in an attempt to prevent possible risks. As part of this thesis, a tool was also created that enables the development of the FMEA method. The main features of the tool are the possibility of simultaneous work of the team performing the analysis and a clear graphic and text mode used for preview and creation within the individual steps of the analysis. Furthermore, the tool offers other supporting functions such as setting your own criteria for evaluating attributes, checking the completeness of the analysis, creating meeting loggs, importing and exporting the analysis.
