Abstract

This thesis deals with the payroll system in the selected company. The work is divided into three parts. In theoretical part I deal with basic concepts of wages and the basic elements of the payroll system. In practical part I deal with information about company and analysis of payroll system in the company. The goal of this bachelor thesis is comparison of set Wage system of company with valid legal form and discovery of differences in inside wage regulation in accordance with law.
