Laboratorní model linky s rozpoznáváním obrazu výstupní kontroly dílů

Abstract

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is acquaintance with the issue of image recognition and program NI Vision Builder; proposal of extension/modification of the model of a simple conveyor line for working with a larger number of object types and realization of control of this line by a computer. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are described: image recognition, user interface of NI Vision Builder, original and extended (by adding camera system) model of conveyor line IA 210. Afterwards we can find an explanation of the method of communication between line and computer and its proposed hardware extension. The last part of the thesis deals with the realization of a simple task, enabling the automatic inspection of products on the model of the conveyor line. The end of the thesis is the evaluation of the results and discussion of further possibilities of expanding the IA 210 line.
