Abstract

Bachelor thesis „Competitive Position of a Company in a Food Industry“ is focused on appraisal of company competitive position. The first part includes theory of microenviroment and macroenviroment. The practical part of the work is assembled of PEST analysis, internal factors analysis, analysis of competition and SWOT analysis. The results of analyses are used for creation of suggestions and recommendations for the company.
