Pohledávky a způsob jejich zajištění

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na pohledávky a způsoby zajištění pohledávek. Jsou zde popsány případy vzniku pohledávek. V této práci je řešeno členění pohledávek, příslušenství k pohledávkám, jaké právní předpisy pohledávky upravují, jak se pohledávky oceňují, odpisy a opravné položky k pohledávkám. V bakalářské práci jsou také vytyčeny rozdíly mezi promlčením a prekluzí pohledávky. Je zde řešeno, jak pohledávky efektivně řídit, jaké jsou možnosti zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek a jaké jsou způsoby zániku pohledávek. Tato problematika je následně řešena na fiktivním subjektu.

Bachelor thesis is focused on receivables and way of their securing. There are discribed the cases of establishment of receivables. In this bachelor thesis is solved division of receivables, accessories to receivables, what legislation adjust the receivables, how are receivables appraised, depreciation and rectifying items for receivables. In bachelor thesis are also define diferencies between limitation and preclusion. There is solved, how control the receivables effectively, what are the posibilities of securing and enforcement of receivables and what are the ways of the termination of receivables. This issue is afterwards solved on fictitious subject.
