Rodinný dům v Hruškovém sadu, Ostrava-Muglinov

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of the family House in Hruškový sad, Ostrava-Muglinov. The design of the house is based on the architectural study dealt with in the subject Ateliérová tvorba 5, the project documentation for the building permit domcumentation is based on the subject Seminář k bakalářské práci. This bachelor thesis is consisted of two parts, technical and drawing documentation, which is compiled in required extent with addition of specialization. For a family with three members is designed a two storey house, the concept consist of three masses, divided into a part of family house, a glazed entrance and a garage for one car.
