Rekonstrukce a změna užívání objektu č.p. 20 v obci Hrabyně

Abstract

The task of the diploma thesis was to develop two proposals for renovation and change of use of the building č.p.20 in the village Hrabyně in accordance with the territorial plan of the village. The proposal includes drawings of the existing condition, volume study in two variants including demolition and new construction and design of parking. Proposal A intends to use the building for administration and proposal B adjusts building for housing. For this purpose was analyze the problems of the current condition of the locality. Documentation will be processed in the territorial and volume study.
