Zajištění veřejného pořádku technickými prostředky a bezpečnostními opatřeními v CHKO Beskydy

Abstract

The diploma work focuses on identification of risks relating to violation of forbidden activities in the Protected Landscape Area (PLA) of Beskydy. The first part provides an overview of laws and basic terminology. The next part explains main entities which are involved in protection of the landscape against illegal motor sport, statistics of offences and violation of rules applicable to the PLA Beskydy, as well as to the current system of protection used there. The main part of the diploma work analyses the risks and proposes an innovative solution which should protect the PLA Beskydy against those risks. The work contains in that part an economic assessment of the proposed measures as well as the selection of the best method of protection.
